Homemade recipe using windfall cooking apples

🧾 Ingredients:

  • Freshly juiced Bramley apples – ½ pint (approx. 285 ml)
  • Caster sugar – 2 teaspoons
  • Coconut water – 150 ml (adjust to taste)

🥣 Method:

  1. Juice your Bramley apples. (If using windfall apples, wash and cut out bruised parts first.)
  2. Measure out ½ pint (285 ml) of the fresh juice.
  3. Stir in 2 teaspoons of caster sugar until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 150 ml of coconut water, mix thoroughly.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or dilution if needed.
  6. Serve chilled or over ice. Enjoy!

📦 Optional:

  • Bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
  • For longer storage, heat to 75–80°C to pasteurise before bottling.
