Leftover Rice (pre cooked!)100G
Ginger1 tsp
Garlic2 Cloves (finely chopped)
Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
Chilli Oil1 tbsp
White Onion1 (finely chopped)
Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Spring Onions2 (finely chopped)
Sesame Oil1 tbsp
Egg1
Chilli1 (finely chopped)

1 – Add vegetable oil to frying pan and cook on high heat

2 – Add garlic and ginger for a few minutes.

3 – Next, add onion and chilli and fry for 5 minutes. or until the onion is translucent.

4 – Add rice to pan, stir in and add soy sauce (only 1 tbsp).

5 – Once the rice and soy sauce is mixed in, move the contents to one side, add the chilli oil and the egg. Leave the egg to settle for a few seconds before mixing in with the other contents.

6 – Add the remaining soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and salt (or MSG if you fancy it instead!).

7 – Plate up (or bowl up if you prefer!).
