| Leftover Rice (pre cooked!) | 100G |
| Ginger | 1 tsp |
| Garlic | 2 Cloves (finely chopped) |
| Vegetable Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Chilli Oil | 1 tbsp |
| White Onion | 1 (finely chopped) |
| Soy Sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Spring Onions | 2 (finely chopped) |
| Sesame Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Egg | 1 |
| Chilli | 1 (finely chopped) |
1 – Add vegetable oil to frying pan and cook on high heat
2 – Add garlic and ginger for a few minutes.

3 – Next, add onion and chilli and fry for 5 minutes. or until the onion is translucent.

4 – Add rice to pan, stir in and add soy sauce (only 1 tbsp).

5 – Once the rice and soy sauce is mixed in, move the contents to one side, add the chilli oil and the egg. Leave the egg to settle for a few seconds before mixing in with the other contents.

6 – Add the remaining soy sauce, sesame oil, spring onions, pepper and salt (or MSG if you fancy it instead!).

7 – Plate up (or bowl up if you prefer!).
